- Associate Member of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and also, Associate Member of Chartered Management Accountants of UK and Member of Chartered Global Management Accountants
- Counting over sixteen (16) years’ experience in the field of Taxation including more than ten (10) years post qualified experience. He has a strong experience in finalizing the tax matters of the clients by reaching a settlement with the Department of Inland Revenue during the tax audits and also, is having a strong experience in finalizing tax matters of the clients through appeal procedures
- He has also hands on experience in tax planning, monitoring the tax compliance of the clients, which includes manufacturing entities, exporters, retail & wholesale businesses, banking and financial institutions, other service providers, etc.
- He is a founder member of BNI Benchmark Chapter in Sri Lanka and played various key roles
- He is also a member of Tax – Technical Committee of CA Sri Lanka
- He has made several presentations to business owners on budget proposals / tax reforms and also has lectured for CIMA, CA Sri Lanka and AAT
